ABOUT ABOUT

Mission Statement

I hold space for people to trust themselves again, feel more at home in their bodies, and shape lives that are full, real, and unmistakably their own.

Here’s what you need to know:

I’m an actor, writer, and coach with fourteen years of experience in the performing arts. I’ve earned a BFA in Drama and Religious Studies from NYU Tisch, an MA in International Theater Practice and Performance from Rose Bruford, and most of an MFA in Acting from DePaul (yes, I love school). I’m acquiring my Professional Certified Coach Credential with the International Coaching Federation, I’m trained and certified through Accomplishment Coaching, and am a Trauma-Informed, IFS, and Body Trust Certified Provider.

Along the way, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching theater and creative self-nurturing at Montessori Preschools in NYC, on Riker’s Island, and for Northwestern University’s Cherubs Program. Through it all, I’ve learned the power of creativity to heal and connect. My own journeys of healing from Giant Cell Tumor of the Bone and a long-standing Eating Disorder have shaped the way I approach everything I do—with body sovereignty, radical compassion, and shame-free creative flow.

I’m now based in Southern California, where you’ll likely find me listening to a great podcast, cooking, or at physical therapy. When I’m not wiggling around, I’m curled up on the couch with my fiancé, Alex and our bernedoodle, Maple.
