First things first, don't be nervous. We'll start with a free consultation (North Star Session) to determine your coaching needs (and if we'll make great collaborators). If we’re not right for each other, I’ve got a LONG list of coaches who I’d love to refer you to!

Pricing is coaching and container dependent! My standard rate for 1:1 coaching is $1200 for 4 sessions a month and plenty of contact + support in between.
Keep in mind, I do offer sliding scales available to artists impacted by the strikes and pandemic, sex workers, those currently unemployed, have debilitating student loans or medical costs, have ever been incarcerated, personally have or whose ancestors have experienced land theft or slavery. -
I love to start 1:1 work with a 4 month commitment. This way, we can create a safe relationship, get to the bottom of some things, and create those BIG shifts that will be your game changers. This is, of course, tailored to you, and we can discuss in your North Star Session.

Accomplishment Coaching is lauded as one of the finest coach training programs in the world. I completed an intensive 12-month transformational program in 2020 and have continued my education with a more radically inclusive framework at The Center For Body Trust.

Body Trust™ is a framework that encourages listening to your body and trusting its wisdom. In my coaching practice, I integrate Body Trust™ principles to help you reconnect with your body’s signals and break free from diet culture (and supremacy culture at large) that leads to restrictive thinking. This approach supports your creative journey and fosters self-acceptance.

Ontology is the study of being and existence. In coaching, an ontological approach focuses on how we perceive and interpret our experiences, our identities, and the world around us. It’s about exploring the way we show up in life, how our beliefs shape our actions, and how we can shift our mindset to create more powerful, authentic results. By focusing on these deep-rooted perspectives, I help clients uncover limiting beliefs, change their narratives, and create lasting transformation from the inside out.

IFS stands for Internal Family Systems, a transformative therapeutic model that views the mind as made up of different "parts" or sub-personalities. Each part has its own perspective, emotions, and roles in how we respond to situations. IFS helps you build a relationship with these parts, healing those that are stuck in unhelpful patterns and integrating them to create inner harmony. In coaching, I use IFS to help clients understand and work with their inner voices, allowing for greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and alignment with their true self.

While both coaching and therapy focus on personal growth, coaching is forward-focused, helping you set and achieve specific goals. Therapy typically deals with past traumas and emotional healing. The two often work really beautifully together. As a coach, I help you reclaim your creativity, build confidence, and shift limiting beliefs. Your therapist is likely able to support you in healing wounds and identifying patterns. Care-work in every capacity is important (and in my experience) life changing.
