A 12-week creative sanctuary for artists who are ready to unlearn body shame, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and reclaim joy in their creative lives.
💌 What You Will Receive

✺
Twelve Transformative Weeks
Weeks 1–4: Disrupt— Say goodbye to the shame story. We’ll challenge dominant cultural narratives about bodies, beauty, and productivity—especially the ones that wormed their way into creative spaces.Weeks 5–8: Unravel — Let the old stories unravel. This is the gentle middle where we begin to listen inward, loosen control, and meet ourselves with curiosity instead of critique.
Weeks 9–12: Reclaim — Return to yourself. We’ll rebuild trust, joy, and creative connection on your own terms.

Bi-Weekly Coaching Calls
(Live & Recorded)Every other week, we’ll gather on Zoom for 75-minute group coaching calls that offer you space to land, be witnessed, and move through the material in community.
These aren’t webinars or lectures. They’re collaborative, facilitated conversations where we’ll deepen into each module, explore how the week’s themes are showing up in real life (and real bodies), and hold space for the full spectrum of creative and emotional experience.
-
✺
Weekly Modules
A guided lesson grounded in Body Trust principles and tailored for creative souls.
A weekly ritual or somatic practice.
A playful creative prompt to deepen your integration (writing, movement, drawing, etc.—however your art speaks).
Readings, reflections, and inspiration to meet you where you are.(including gems from Sonya Renee Taylor, Hilary Kinavey & Dana Sturtevant, adrienne maree brown, and more).
-
✺
Guided Journal & Integration Workbook
Designed to support your nervous system, not overwhelm it.
Inside, you’ll find:Weekly journaling prompts to help you process, explore, and anchor the themes of each module.
Creative invitations that welcome artistic expression in all its forms.
Sensory check-ins and body-based rituals to reconnect you with your internal cues.
Think compass, not checklist. -
✺
Private Community Space
For remembering you’re not doing this alone (zero Facebook groups, pinky promise).
This deep body work and creative vulnerability can be lonely. That’s why you’ll also get access to a private online community designed to feel like a cozy, creative salon rather than a shouty group chat where there will be:Weekly reflection threads for sharing insights, struggles, and creative wins.
A place to ask questions, swap resources, and find accountability.
A lovingly moderated space that prioritizes consent, slowness, and safety.

✺
Coaching For You
Every step of this process, I will be there with:Somatic grounding and check-ins to reconnect to your body and breath.
Gentle group coaching that honors your pace, your privacy, and your process.
Creative prompts and optional sharing. no pressure to perform, just an invitation to be seen.
A tender, trauma-informed container built on respect, consent, and mutual care.
Room to be nonlinear—because healing isn’t tidy, and creativity rarely moves in a straight line.
A radically kinder relationship with your body.
A redefined creative rhythm that actually honors your humanity.
Tools to navigate perfectionism, comparison, and burnout.
A community of artists who get it.
A body story that’s yours to write—and keep writing.

You’re an artist, performer, writer, or creative spirit who's tired of the pressure to shrink, hustle, or “fix” your body to be worthy.
You crave a gentler relationship with food, movement, and yourself.
You’re curious about intuitive eating, anti-diet culture, or somatic healing—but you want a creative way in.
You miss feeling inspired—by your body, your art, your life.
You want a space that honors your full humanity (rage, grief, joy, weirdness and all).
-
You don’t need to be a professional painter, actor, or published poet to belong here. If you make things, feel things, or long to create from a deeper place—this is for you. Body Trust for Artists is about honoring your creative aliveness, whatever form it takes. You get to define what “artist” means to you.
-
No—but this space is explicitly weight-inclusive and affirming of all body sizes, especially those historically marginalized in creative spaces. We welcome all bodies here, and we ask that you enter with humility, care, and an anti-oppressive lens. This is a space where fat folks, disabled folks, trans folks, and anyone living in a body that’s been “othered” can breathe a little easier.
✺ Any Questions? ✺
-
Amazing. You’ll likely find that this program complements and deepens the work you’ve already done—especially if you’ve focused on therapy, somatics, or creativity as healing. This is a place to practice integration in community, and to be surprised by what emerges when Body Trust and creative expression intertwine.
-
You’ll want to set aside about 2–3 hours a week:
~30–45 minutes for the weekly module and journaling
~75 minutes every other week for our live group coaching call (or replay)
Additional time if you want to go deeper with the optional practices and readings
That said—you can totally go at your own pace. You will have access to this program for a full year! This is a supportive space, not a syllabus you’re being graded on.
-
Nope :) This program is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or crisis support. It is a coaching container that draws from somatics, narrative healing, creative practice, and the Body Trust™ model to support your growth and self-connection. It’s a deeply affirming space—but not a clinical one.
-
Oh yes. In fact, it probably means you’re exactly where you’re meant to be. This work is tender and brave, and it’s okay to feel unsure. We move slowly, gently, and together. You’ll never be asked to share anything you’re not ready to, and your pace will always be honored. You are perfect as you are.
